Visitors Policy

 

 

We at Hamasaki are committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment for our students. Parent involvement is an important component to the success of our students. The following guidelines will apply to visitors on campus, in accordance with state legal requirements:

• All campus visitors must have the consent and approval of the principal. Visitors must report to the main office prior to entering the campus. Permission to visit will be given at the time requested or within a reasonable period of time following the request. A visitor’s pass will be granted. Classroom visits will be limited to 20 minutes, so as not to disrupt the instructional process.
• Important:
• Enter the classroom as quietly as possible
• Do not converse with the students, teachers, and/or instructional assistants during the visitation
• Do not interfere with any school activity during the visitation
• Children not enrolled at the school are not to be on the campus unless prior approval of the principal has been obtained.
• Morning arrival and Afternoon dismissal: in the morning, parents are to drop off their students at the door/gate. NO PARENTS ALLOWED ON THE YARD. In the afternoon, parents are to wait for their children at their designated dismissal door/gate. PARENTS ARE NOT TO WAIT IN THE HALLWAYS.
• Parent Volunteers wearing a badge will be allowed on campus while providing services.

We thank you for your cooperation in ensuring that these guidelines are followed, in order to keep our students safe.

 

 

En Hamasaki nos comprometemos a proporcionar un ambiente seguro de aprendizaje para nuestros estudiantes. La participación de los padres es un factor importante para el éxito de nuestros estudiantes. Las siguientes reglas se aplican a los visitantes en el plantel escolar, de acuerdo con los requisitos legales del estado:

• Todos los visitantes deben tener el consentimiento y la aprobación de la directora. El permiso para visitar se otorgará en el momento solicitado o en un plazo razonable de tiempo después de la solicitud. Un pase de visitante será concedido. Las visitas a las aulas se limitarán a 20 minutos, a fin de no interrumpir el proceso educativo.
• Importante:
• Pase al salón de clase lo más silenciosamente posible
• No hable con los estudiantes, maestros, y/o asistentes de instrucción durante la visita
• No interfiera con ninguna actividad escolar durante la visita
• Los niños no matriculados en la escuela no deben estar en el plantel sin previa autorización del director.
• Por la mañana y por la tarde: por la mañana, los padres deben dejar a sus estudiantes en la puerta. NO SE ADMITEN A LOS PADRES EN EL PATIO. Por la tarde, los padres deben esperar a sus hijos en su puerta de despido. NO SE PERMITE ESPERAR EN LOS PASILLOS.
• Los voluntarios con gafete estan permitidos estar en el plantel mientras prestan servicios.
